Our services include stain drop treatments to remove stubborn stains, or if required, more aggressive measures, such as acid baths or acid washes, to improve the overall aesthetics of your pool. At your request, we can also spray rock formations with a diluted mix of chlorine and water using a pump sprayer to keep algae at bay year-round. We also provide phosphate treatments to reduce the presence of phosphates in your pool, which can quickly deplete the effectiveness of chlorine.

It’s recommended to schedule pool maintenance at least once a week to ensure your pool stays clean and well-maintained. However, the frequency of maintenance visits can vary depending on the size of your pool, usage, surrounding landscaping, and how often you would like to keep it clean. Our team is flexible and can customize a maintenance schedule that best suits your needs.

Our technicians will provide a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of your pool, starting with the tiles around the coping. We will also skim any debris from the surface of the pool and empty the skimmer basket. In addition, we will perform a chemical test using a state-of-the-art kit to ensure that your pool is properly balanced year-round. We will also clean your pool filter and inspect the equipment on a monthly basis. As part of our commitment to providing quality service, we perform regular quality control inspections to ensure that our technicians are doing their best work. 

We use a range of chemicals to ensure the optimal health and cleanliness of your pool. We utilize chlorine to sanitize the water, either through traditional means or by using a salt cell if your pool is already equipped with one. Additionally, we may use muriatic acid to adjust the pH levels, sodium bicarbonate to regulate alkalinity, cyanuric acid to stabilize the presence of chlorine in the sun, and calcium in the form of flakes or pellets to balance the calcium hardness. These are the most common chemical agents that we use in our pool maintenance services, and our team is always mindful of the safety and environmental impact of the chemicals we use.

Yes, occasionally quotes can be conducted over the phone but the majority of estimates will require a scheduled visit to look at the pool in person.

We don’t typically schedule maintenance for weekends or after hours, but we will use those times for overflow due to emergencies or inclement weather.

We include all necessary chemicals for a properly balanced pool, as long as your pool is in proper working condition. If your pool has any issues or requires repair, it is your responsibility to fix it. We will not use excessive chemicals to compensate for a pool in disrepair. We strive to ensure a transparent and fair experience for our customers and will communicate any pertinent information.

We bill on the 1st of the month for service that month. We use Bill.com to handle payments. They accept checks, all major credit cards, and ACH bank transfers.
