Additionally, we may use muriatic acid to adjust the pH levels, sodium bicarbonate to regulate alkalinity, cyanuric acid to stabilize the presence of chlorine in the sun, and calcium in the form of flakes or pellets to balance the calcium hardness. We include all necessary chemicals for a properly balanced pool, as long as your pool is in proper working condition. If your pool has any issues or requires repair, it is your responsibility to fix it. We will not use excessive chemicals to compensate for a pool in disrepair. We strive to ensure a transparent and fair experience for our customers and will communicate any pertinent information.

We bill on the 1st of the month for service that month. We use Bill.com to handle payments. They accept checks, all major credit cards, and ACH bank transfers.
